Our Senior Care Advisors are nurse who are knowledgeable about matters pertaining to aging and will help seniors navigate the healthcare system and help them to stay safe at home where they belong. If the need arise for placement in a longterm facility – Personal Care Home or Nursing Home, we also help them with the process. We take all the guess work out of identifying the best provider based on our older adults’ need.

Our founder
Dr. Marcia Morgan Parker is the founder and owner of Morgan Parker Consulting, Morgan Parker Nursing Associates, and Green Luxe Health & Wellness Co-Owner. Marcia began her career over 35 years ago at the University Hospital of the West Indies, Jamaica. She has served in various healthcare settings, from inpatient and community-based to academia. She received her Diploma in Nursing from The University Hospital of the West Indies in Kingston, Jamaica, her Master of Science in Nursing with specialization in Nursing Informatics from Walden University, Minnesota, and her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Chamberlain University in Chicago. As part of her doctoral research, Dr. Morgan Parker studied the collaboration between RNs and Community Health Workers (CHWs) in performing home care visits to reduce 30-day hospital readmission rates and unplanned ED visits.
Dr. Morgan Parker dedicates her career to facilitating high-quality, reliable systems of care and developing the next generation of nurses and healthcare professionals to lead in these ever-changing times. Marcia has been consulting since 2007, assisting small businesses and start-ups with compliance and interim staffing.
